An anti-social programmer suffers an existential crisis and is appalled by the way the world is taken over by Digitisation and Marketing. He also finds people addicted to their gadgets and finds virtual reality a better solution to escape the bitterness of their real lives. Meanwhile, the management he works for gives an assignment to him which is the zero theorem. He has to continuously crunch entities and prove that everything in the universe eventually sums up to nothing. He also meets a girl, falls for her charm and explores virtual reality with her. In the end, the movie tells you if he was really able to prove the Zero Theorem and find the answer to his quest to find meaning in life. Those who liked "Mr Robot" will easily like this movie. The aesthetics and cinematography are simply enticing.
இயந்திர வாழ்க்கை வாழ்ந்து கொண்டிருக்கும் மனிதர்கள் நிறைந்த உலகம் அது. நிஜத்தை விட நிழலே மேல் என்ற எண்ணத்தோடு எல்லோரும் தங்களிடம் உள்ள தொழில்நுட்பத்திடம் அடிமைப்பட்டு கிடக்கிறாரக்ள் . இப்படிப்பட்ட உலகில் நாம் வாழும் வாழ்க்கையில் ஏதேனும் அர்த்தமுள்ளதா என்ற கேள்விக்கு விடை தேடுகிறான் ஒரு கணினி பொறியாளன். ஒரு கட்டத்திற்கு மேல் உலகம் , பிரபஞ்சம் எல்லாம் ஒரு கருந்துளைக்குள் அடக்கமாகி ஒன்றுமே இல்லாமல் போய்விடுமா , அல்லது எதிர்காலத்தில் வாழ்க்கையின் அர்த்தத்தை புரியவைக்கக்கூடிய ஒரு சம்பவம் நடைபெற்று தன் குழப்பங்களுக்கு முடிவு கிடைக்குமா என்று தினந்தோறும் ஏக்கத்தோடு ஒரு துயரம் நிறைந்த வாழ்க்கையை வாழ்கிறான் அந்தஎ மனிதன் . தான் வேலை பார்க்கும் ஒரு பலமிக்க தொழில்நுட்ப அறிவியல் நிறுவனத்திலிருந்து ஒரு முக்கிய வேலை அவனுக்கு கொடுக்கப்படுகிறது . "சுழியத்தேற்றம்" என்ற அந்த கருத்துப்படிவத்தில் , 0=100% அதாவது எல்லாமே இறுதியில் ஒன்றுமில்லாத நிலையில் போய் முடியும் என்பதை நிரூபிக்க வேண்டும் என்பது. இந்த வேலையே அவனால் வெற்றிகரமாக செய்து முடிக்க இயலுமா ? தன்னுடைய வாழ்வில் இந்த இடைப்பட்ட காலத்தில் என்னென்ன மாற்றங்கள் நிகழுகின்றன என்பதை மனதைக்கவரும் புதிரான திரைக்கதையோடு சொல்கிறது இந்த படம் . " MR ROBOT" தொலைக்காட்சி தொடர் பார்த்தவர்களுக்கு இந்த திரைப்படம் நிச்சயம் பிடிக்க வாய்ப்புகள் அதிகம் .
